Refund policy
Merch on Tap products are custom made when ordered. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for wrong size, color preference, buyer's remorse, or venue-specific custom artwork.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Merch on Tap support within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
